American and non-American alike, please take the time to remember those that have passed on 9/11 five years ago today. It was an unhappily necessary event in this country's history, and although the current administration of the United States has not made the best decisions since that time, we have struck back at the various brainwashed Muslim cretins that blindly believe that murder is a path to a divine afterlife. As far as your webmaster is concerned, the elimination of any closed-minded terrorist too rooted into his or her own beliefs for proper education is a victory against the growing threat of worldwide stupidity. Exactly as we have mindless teenagers desiring to conform to popular media in this country, various Islamic countries also contain worthless specimens of conformists willing to be exploited by propaganda and obsolete inaccurate interpretations of the Muslim religion. The lesser portion of the population will always exist, but it should not come at the expense of innocent lives. Therefore, please take the time to remember the innocent people that have fallen on 9/11, and continue to support any organization against the exploitation of the common cretin.

5 years ago today DJ Jake took the reigns of Feminem.com and presented his views concerning Eminem and other ignorant cretins to the world. Since that time, Feminem.com has evolved through 5 layouts and various stances until it became the website you see today. The full history of Feminem.com can be found in the Website History section. Today, this website continues to evolve under the direction of Essix (once DJ Jake), and it shows no sign of stopping. Gradual Thunderground updates have been happening throughout 2006, and several more are planned from now until next year.
Special thanks goes out to all supporters and fans of this website that have contributed within the last 5 years. Feminem.com would not be what it is today without your support. Thanks also goes to the various Crusts that have provided endless amounts of stupidity for us to laugh at. It's because of you that we feel even better about who we are, for through you it is obvious how pathetic one can be. If everyone has a purpose in this world, yours is to remind us we should not despair. Thank you for choosing to be degenerate.
Stay tuned for another anniversary message soon. Until then, enjoy some free Mp3 downloads celebrating the times: " Birthday Bitches," " Rollin' Over," " The People," " Clown Walk." And if you don't like 'em, delete them. Free = No complaints necessary. Too bad Crusties fail to understand this.

Crust. The lowest common denominator. The shallow end of the gene pool. The reason 20 is average on the ACT. Call them what you will, they exist everywhere and always appear to outnumber the intellectually-inclined. Their capacity for idiocy is unlimited, their learning capabilities are swallowed by ignorance, and they exist everywhere in the world, especially The War Zone. Due to their limited abilities, they've spammed The War Zone for years with their most common misconceptions, generalizations, and other logical fallacies.
Perhaps it's time to empty the toaster. Perhaps croutons simply aren't necessary on salad. Perhaps a young mother is preparing a sandwich for her picky child. The bottom line is that we've grown tired of Sporking the same Crusty degenerates repeatedly, and have opted to close The War Zone for a moment to take a refreshing breather of substantially more intelligent air particles.
Rest assured the Crust will return to The War Zone to voice their insecurities in the days ahead. It's as predictable as Lance's daily visit. It's as predictable as Femi-Fanthony neglecting his *oops I forgot a condom* child. It's as predictable as Da Boss's free time. It's as predictable as Player X³ fondling a pre-teen's balls. It's as predictable as EvilBitch's emoticon posting spree. It's as predictable as Kwestyles crossing the border. Rest assured, they shall return. For now, enjoy the alleviation of ultimate stupidity.

Some unfortunate news: phpBB, the forum community responsible for creation of the scripts driving this website's Forum is preparing to release an entirely new version of the forum. Why is this bad? Because I had already worked on revamping 2.0.X. With the future release of 3.0.X, it's impossible for me to switch over without losing everything else I had worked on. Unhappily, there goes another chunk of time, and yet another back-to-square-one. I won't bother touching it again until they release an official version of 3.0.X. I've seen an example of it, and I must say it's a sweet improvement.
Important: when it is released, I will upgrade the Feminem.com forum with it immediately. This means the grey/yellow/blue version you currently see will be history. You will then find the "baby blue" crappy default of 3.0.X as we did when the forum was first created in 2003. When will this happen? Unknown... it's up to phpBB to release it when they feel they've worked out the major bugs. In the meantime, this puts a major hiatus on Feminem.com forum work.

The debate over freely downloadable music has been ongoing for years. While many selfish "artists" create their material primarily to exploit consumers for profit, others – like Essix, feel adamantly different. Below is an analysis of Eminem's stance on downloadable music, reviewed and replied to by Essix. This analysis is also live Here at the forum community.
[ Essix ]
[ Eminem ]
A major and perhaps unique aspect of this website is its stance concerning downloadable music. Thunderground supports the free accessibility of audio media for promotional purposes. The webmaster of this website, Essix – also a musician, believes the choice between purchasing an album and downloading it freely should be made exclusively by the consumer. If the downloaded material is enjoyed by the consumer, it should then be his or her choice to financially support the creator of the material. To further underline this websites stance regarding freely downloadable music, its antithesis (Eminem's stance) is analyzed by Essix below:
I'm sorry; when I worked 9 to 5, I expected to get a paycheck every week.
In most typical jobs this would be accurate. However, you must consider your profession. You're an entertainer, not a hard laborer. Most professions in this world rely upon the consumer's satisfaction in order to receive income. Just because you're "working" doesn't mean you're entitled to financial reward for your efforts alone.
It's the same with music; if I'm putting my heart and all my time into music, I expect to get rewarded for that.
You should never EXPECT to be rewarded for anything. If people decide to financially support you for your creations, it is their decision. In no way is it mandatory for them to do so regardless of the amount of time and heart you devote to your creation. Substantial effort does not necessarily mean the result retains any worthwhile value, and you shouldn't expect people to reward you for it.
I work hard and anybody can just throw a computer up and download my music for free.
As previously stated, "working hard" is in no way a guarantee in securing financial support. Also, people do not "throw up" a computer and simply download audio material. Based upon your comments, you obviously lack a clear understanding of downloadable media (and computers for that matter). The recording industry has made it increasingly difficult to obtain decent quality audio samples. One can avoid this hassle by directly purchasing the album, but many would rather preview the material before making a financial contribution to the artist in question. Artists that are opposed to freely downloadable media are missing a huge opportunity for promotion.
It could kill the whole purpose of making music.
This is why Eminem is the prime example of the antithesis of Thunderground's downloadable media stance. Money. According to Eminem, the main purpose behind the production of music is financial gain. This desire for wealth is something Thunderground is adamantly against. If an artist's primary goal in the production of music is an increase in wealth, he or she is NOT a true artist. These self-seeking pseudo-artists add to the crummy examples of Bread as they exploit the market in the pursuit of revenue. True artists create their media with a definitive and often benevolent purpose that does not include the exploitation of insecure consumers. Music production is an ongoing aspiration for true musicians even if financial profits are negative.
It's not just about the money…It's the thrill of going to the store; you can't wait till that artist's release date, taking the wrapper off the CD and putting the CD in to see what it sounds like.
Obviously Eminem is attempting to portray his own subjectivity on behalf of the all consumers within the industry. Despite his attempts at manipulation, different consumers value music in different ways. Every consumer will not blindly purchase material that may or may not be worth the industry's asking price. While Eminem reassures his insecurities by claiming his "hard work" demands financial rewards, he fails to realize that every consumer reserves the right to value his material on different levels. If a consumer is satisfied with the downloaded material, it is then his or her decision to determine if that value justifies financially contributing to the author of the material.
I've seen those little sissies on TV, talking about how 'The working people should just get music for free,
Not being a fan of watching "sissies" on television, I'm unable to verify your claims. Clearly, these "sissies" are in error, as employment status should never determine access to downloadable material. Then again, Eminem is also in error due to his lack of true understanding of this aspect of the industry. Free downloads should be used as a promotional tool for artists to reach a broader fanbase, especially those that value the creations of the artist, which in turn generate additional sales.
I've been a working person. I never could afford a computer, but I always bought and supported the artists that I liked. I always bought a Tupac CD, a Biggie CD, a Jay-Z CD.
As has already been confirmed, Eminem is out of touch with the functionalities of downloadable media. The mp3 audio file format wasn't readily available until 1999, after Dr. Dre secured Eminem's stardom. Of course Eminem wasn't downloading albums prior to that time; the technology making it possible hadn't been invented! This is a new age in the music industry. Access to multimedia has never been easier, and if artists like Eminem weren't overly concerned about their profit margins, they might take advantage of the new technology at hand instead of shunning it for making them "less rich."
If you can afford a computer, you can afford to pay $16 for my CD.
Consumers have a right to determine the worth of an artist's creation for themselves. Download first, contribute later.

In October 2004, a member of the Forum Community (Morbid Child, real name "Lance" [HipHopProduct@aol.com]) gullibly believed Eminem's "Mosh" song carried lyrical depth. Instead of explaining his reasoning in a mature manner, he bashed Essix's lyrical analysis of "Mosh," often citing superficial reasoning as seen with a traditional Crust. After Essix removed him from the forum community, Lance continued to return to Feminem.com, often attempting to undermine the website and other forum members with his hypocritical drivel. While some time was given to Lance to reply to his redundant and previously-overturned accusations, there was never a through-and-through Sporking of this Crusty fool... until now! Behold Here, Essix's ultimate obliteration of Morbid Child's insecurities. Considering Lance's inability to alleviate his own ignorance, he now joins the ranks of Femi-Fanthony in the "Forever Sporked" category.

The last of "The Prime Example" sections of the Forum Community have been eliminated. The reminants of the Eminem-related topics and threads have been mixed back into the appropriate "Bread & Crust" sections in the top category: Crusty People, Bread & Craptivity, and Bread Crust Polls. The Eminem threads were sorted based upon his "Bread" status (Belonging to Reality and Exploiting Anyone that is Developmental), and in regards to his Crust fans (Conforming to Reality with Underlying Superficial Traits). The completion of this category sets the stage for the remaining sections of the forum to be completed in the coming months. Since it's not necessary to wait for the redesign to be revealed to update new sections, most of the forum section updates will be completed prior to the actual revealing of Thunderground later this year.

Today marks the day the "Prime Example" version of Feminem.com was put to rest. No longer will this website single out Eminem as a "prime example" of mainstream exploitation, greed, superficiality, etc., although he is still an excellent example on several levels. With the end of TPE comes this current homepage of Feminem.com, essentially a splash page — the last you'll see before Thunderground is officially released. We still have a while to wait before it's complete, but progress is ahead of schedule on the new website. The Prime Example version of Feminem.com has been archived Here for your viewing pleasure, as have the Feminem, Slim Anus, and Premiere versions of this website. An entire Website History section can temporarily be found below the recent news postings on the temporary homepage, feel free to review at your leisure. In addition, various links have been provided above for important sections dealing with the status of Thunderground, and other popular sections.
In addition to the completion of this temporary homepage, the new website's Website History section is also complete. As are the Disclaimers and news archives. The next step wasn't planned until July, so I'm currently 2 weeks ahead of schedule. I'll be merging TGround.com with Feminem.com next. As with most of the new content, you won't see it until later this year when it's all ready. In combination with the website, I'll be tackling a few new Essix "mystery" projects. And yes, my hopeful and longing fans, it is audio-related.

The time has come for the end of Feminem.com's "The Prime Example" version of this website. Fear not! You'll still be able to access this version of Feminem.com as it stands today from the Website History section. The second the next news message is posted here, the new homepage for Feminem.com will no longer be TPE. Instead, you will find a generic TPE-Thunderground-History hybrid until the 5th version of this website is released later in 2006. To be honest, there are too many Crusty people spamming The War Zone with their un-researched misconceptions, typically along the lines of: "MYG u r so gey like totaly@! Yahll h8te M&M he SO much beter dan u fukros! u jeolous! he hot you not loL!@!11!" Eliminating TPE should help cut back on the Crusty incompetence. Sadly, there will always be a degenerate portion of the population to tolerate.
On a side note, you should be constantly checking out the Forum News, because several projects have been set in motion this year which are proceeding with progress at a reasonable pace. Baring an act of God or an inconvenient whore, the website updates are coming to you in 2006. In addition, I have added another "Essix" project to my list. Beyond this, I won't give any details, but I'm hoping to reveal it in a month or two... or three or however long it takes. I gave up on being specific, I dodge blame that way.

I certainly have some good news to report concerning the construction of Thunderground. It may not seem like much, but the 6% completion of Feminem.com is a huge step in establishing the foundation of Thunderground. The bottom line is this: Even though I scrapped old progress on a left-aligned website, the new design is already beyond the progress of the original. Right now, although you are unable to view it, I have a fully-functional Thunderground website. It's basically an empty shell, but everything is designed, everything is scripted, everything is ready for content. It is the foundation I've been building to since the start of 2006. Now it's time to build this massive web mansion.
My attention has been directed towards the main website instead of the forum in the past several weeks. Happily, there is an excellent amount of progress. The Purpose and Disclaimers have been completed on Thunderground, and I'm now ready to tackle the News archives and Website History sections. The News archives will merge all news postings from Feminem.com, DJJake.com, and TGround.com since my first posting in January 2001. This will take a decent amount of time, but it won't be difficult, just mindlessly consuming. The Website History section is being expanded in the Thunderground rendition, and I plan to have both it and the News sections complete by the end of June. This would make 3 of 8 primary menus complete by the midpoint of 2006.
I also plan on axing the homepage of Feminem.com and replacing it with a temporary Recent News/Website History hybrid until the time Thunderground is ready to be revealed. And remember, I'm revealing it this year regardless of its current progress. I desire having a new splash page because of the number of visitors arriving at misconceptions simply based upon the obsolete content. Plus, I'm not willing to go back and change anything that's currently uploaded as The Prime Example to match what Thunderground is currently about. It will remain as is, another cornerstone in the history of this website. But, to alleviate the Crusty conceptualization of Feminem.com, it's best to make it clear that TPE is obsolete. |

And it can't be Sporked any harder than this: Essix, 5-year webmaster of Feminem.com, now owns and operates NinjaChat.com.
Those that recall Feminem.com as it was 2 years ago should also recall the inter-forum feud between Feminem.com and NinjaChat.com. The early half of 2004 saw the core of NinjaChat members bashing this website based upon subjective and irrelevant presumptuous material, while members of the Feminem.com forum community overturned and/or obliterated the incoming accusations. With Tickletrunk (ex-webmaster of NinjaChat.com) giving up on his directionless website, NinjaChat.com closed its doors by the end of 2004. But DJ Jake (now Essix) didn't forget about the prior conflict. He now owns all rights to the NinjaChat.com domain and website.
With this final victory in the largest conflict Feminem.com has seen in its 5-year history, the longevity, stamina, and strength of this website is once again proved thanks both to its webmaster and the forum community members. Again and always, thank you for your support.
And what of NinjaChat.com? Current intentions revolve around a stationary splash page concerning the Sporking of NinjaChat.com, simply to clarify the details behind the prior feud, and encourage straggling NC Leftovers to re-evaluate the situation. Essentially, when NinjaChat.com began, it had established similar values to the current stance of Feminem.com, but they quickly failed miserably, clearly seen with how they automatically hated this website based upon one man's discontented words. Now NinjaChat.com can co-evolve with Feminem.com under the path of the upcoming Thunderground era. While this phase of transfer is slowly but gradually happening, its far more than Tickletrunk managed when he threw in the towel.
In conclusion... not only are forum "wars" typically immature and unproductive, but yours might end up like NinjaChat.com if you waste your time going after a website that has a solid foundation of administration with members that understand and relate to the values proclaimed by the webmaster. And on that note...
Hey NC Leftovers... Drink Bleach. |

This has been a long time coming. I had been conceptualizing a new Thunderground logo since the later half of 2005, but it wasn't until early this year that it finally took a shape that I liked. This is THE logo. This is the logo you'll see replacing "Feminem: Queen of the Mainstream" in the left corner of the screen. This is the logo that will represent Feminem.com in future years, unofficially starting now, and digging its roots in towards the end of the year. "The Prime Example" is at an end... now it's Thunderground's time.
The Definition: Obviously, the word "Thunderground" itself is derived from "The Underground", as this website has always been in league with the true values of an underground movement. First created in 2002 as a small project for a college course, it evolved into the business under which Feminem.com/Essix.net merchandise was sold. From there, it now evolves into a representation of this entire website, merging TGround.com, Essix.net, and Feminem.com into one supersite.
The Symbols: The logo itself is composed of two important pieces: the Thunderground text, and the symbol that falls beneath it. The most obvious of translations would interpret that symbol to be a lightning bolt. This ties in with the "Thunder" aspect of the logo, as lightning causes thunder. But take a deeper look... "Ground" hasn't been omitted in this representation, in fact, it has been fully incorporated in that exact same symbol. Take a look at the top of the "lightning bolt." Arched like a horizon, like the ground! Beneath that is not a lightning bolt, but a fissure, a crack in the ground, exposing *gasp* The Underground!
The Colors: Blue was chosen for the Thunderground text to represent on a few levels. First, because it's essentially a dark rain cloud (water being blue) with a lightning bolt protruding underneath. Secondly, it represents the sky above the ground in the fissure interpretation. The symbol beneath ranges from a deep orange to a yellow-orange, obviously for the heat of a lightning bolt, but also for the Earth's internal heat deep beneath the CRUST. Could also be the fiery passions of the underground movements and the cold-hearted reactions of the mainstream... or however else you wish to interpret it. |

Feminem.com is guaranteed to remain active in the working hands of Essix until at least June 20th, 2015. The registration of the domain name "Feminem.com" has now been extended 15 years since its original date of registration. Knowing the long term stability of this website will make it easier to usher in the new era of Thunderground. This also eliminates any victims of circumstance, i.e. lack of "automatic renewal" which has been experienced by several webmasters.
Bottom line, Essix fully plans to keep this website active in the coming years, and for anyone interested in owning the Feminem.com domain, it would be intelligent to tuck away your "backordering" money for something more worthwhile. Feminem.com is not for sale, and the extension of the registration only underlines the seriousness at which the webmaster intends to proceed with the rumored updates.

In 2001, the Psychopathic Records supergroup Dark Lotus released a song on their album "Tales From The Lotus Pod" called "Dot Com" ( Download Here). The song was essentially a shout out to the various websites that contributed to the Juggalo world. The lyrics casually mention 73 different websites, one of which is your very own Feminem.com. Back in 2001, Feminem.com was only getting started, and has flourished into the website it is today. Of those 73 websites once adding to the online Juggalo community, only 5 remain functional to this date. The others were either swallowed up in apathy and forgotten, and now remain unregistered, or more commonly, obtained by domain name resellers and other generic forwarders/search engines. I am proud to know that Feminem.com has joined the ranks of the top 5 websites with the longevity to last the past 5 years.
The other remaining websites are as follows: ArizonaJuggalos.com, TwiztidJuggalos.com, Juggalos4Life.com, and PsychopathicTraders.com. Considering the life span of the average website, it's not surprising the remaining 68 have turned over in time, but I don't believe anyone would have placed his or her bets on Feminem.com to continue to expand and evolve to reach the point it has 5 years later. This simply shows what hard work and dedication can achieve. And if all continues to go well, great things are in store for this website in 2006. Thank you all for your continued support, this has made it possible to reach the ranks of the top 5 undefeated "Dot Com" websites.
To view lyrics to Dark Lotus's song "Dot Com," you can click Here and visit the Feminem.com forum community, where the lyrics have been posted. And yes, they're more accurate than the other "official" lyric websites because I listened to the song dozens of times making sure it was as accurate as listenably possible, correcting several "official" site's errors along the way. Enjoy.

Only ignorantly seductive women could stop me. I have elected to trash the splash page for Feminem.com for the upcoming updates. Basically, it's a final tribute to the end of "The Prime Example" era of this website. This website as you see it is approaching its final months. Further details will be revealed in upcoming "blogs" (might as well use it), posted here on the homepage. Missing a piece of the story? The Feminem.com Forums are a decent place to research the rumors of Feminem.com's future.
The rumors are true. Work has begun on a new era for Feminem.com. Eminem is no longer a concern, making the "Feminem" relevance obsolete. I have decided to brand this website with "Thunderground" (derived from The Underground), the business I created in 2004. The purpose and theme of this website will continue on the track it has in recent years. I wrote this for a general website description tag: "Thunderground (at Feminem.com) is an underground community and movement created by musical mastermind Essix, promoting values of open-mindedness, self-assertion & non-conformity in a world where the desire for popularity and acceptance are the norm." From here, this website is refounded. As it stands, Feminem.com will remain the primary domain name, meaning it'll have to be "Thunderground at Feminem.com" for now, with SlimAnus.com, TGround.com, Essix.net, and DJJake.com all pointing to this website. Honestly, I would love to own Thunderground.com, but someone else owns the registration. Feminem.com has been consistent and easy to remember, so this is how it will stay.

TGround.com is back online, for now anyway, until it is one day permanently combined with the workings of Feminem.com. The webmaster, Essix, decided in 2005 that it was best to combine all of his websites into one supersite, eliminating the need to design and maintain three separate websites simultaneously. The time for this to happen is still up in the air, meanwhile, Thunderground is ready to part with its existing Merchandise in a huge blowout sale! Every item offered by Thunderground has been reduced in price, some up to 60% off to clean out the inventory! Once it's gone, it's gone! This merchandise will never be produced again (mainly because it was created during a time when Feminem.com & Essix.net were moving in different directions than they currently are). Be sure to grab what you can now, before it's too late!

I have maintained Feminem.com through several changes since I obtained this domain name in 2001. One could argue that outside influences and events change the course of this website, but the honest truth is that it has always been determined by the motivations and passions of your webmaster, Essix... me. My intentions have always been fueled by what I consider to be "right, fair, just, moral or ethical," beginning with the blind hatred through adolescence to the clear perception of open-mindedness. Feminem.com has evolved into a community of people with similar values and objective points of view, a genre of people applying reason and mindfulness before conformity to mainstream acceptance.
This website has grown so far apart from the blind hatred of Eminem that his existence is often consumed by apathy among Feminem.com community members. 2005 marks the year when Eminem is no longer used as "The Prime Example" of an anti-thesis of this website's values. It's not that this website now is in support of such behavior, it's simply this: Through Eminem, Feminem.com has proved every point and value it has strived to prove, time and time again. Eminem is old news, an archive of exploitation proven through the triumph of this website.
As it stands, the logical question becomes, "now what?" Obviously, updates have been scarce but the Feminem.com Forum Community continues to thrive, now with over 200,000 messages posted in 2 years. It's exactly what I had mentioned, the points have been proven, the people who understand still remain, and since these are underlying personal values, they remain consistent with the foundation of this website and continually feel welcome at the community I've created. I'm honored that such people have populated this website to help make it what it is today.
Archives of the past history of this website are prominently displayed here, mainly to show the evolution of Feminem.com through time, but the Forum Community is the real heart of this website today. Last upgraded in April of 2005, it has already reached a point of quasi-obsoleteness (Anti-Eminem sections, etc.) that will hopefully be rectified in the coming year of 2006. But as always, these changes rely upon your webmaster.
I've carried the torch of Feminem.com for a long time. Thankfully, the website has continued to thrive despite lackluster updates from myself, thanks to the Forum Community. I still fully intend to bring Feminem.com into a new non-Eminem era, based upon the principals and foundations this website sees today. But the honest truth, it relies upon my motivation. I would love to complete a project as grand as this, but I look at the scale of it and the amount of time it would take, and I become apprehensive.
In the course of this year, I've had my share of ups and downs (as we all have), and I've come to various conclusions concerning major aspects of life. My ambitions never originally revolved around creating a website, they revolved around completing a music album that I could be proud of, that I could present without regret or shame. "Reactions," my first LP release under "DJ Jake," was only a collection of scraps that I've come to regret over time (hence "Reactions"). Feminem.com came after my ambitions for music, and it has seemingly been in the way along the line.
The point of this message is to convey these major points: 1) Feminem.com has triumphed through the years and it continues to do so, now without any reference to Eminem. 2) The Feminem.com Forum Community is the heart of Feminem.com, and is where this website will continue to grow in the years to come. 3) Your webmaster will now set his primary ambitions upon music production, and website management a distant second (depending upon speed of progress of music composition).
Again, I thank you all for making Feminem.com what it is today. New members are always welcome here, as Feminem.com will always be here for you.
