How can I purchase Thunderground merchandise?
Thunderground merchandise can be purchased using one of two methods. You may either order online directly though this website, or through mail using the downloadable order form. For more information concerning these methods, please visit the Ordering Methods section.

How can I pay for an order?
There are several methods you may use to pay for your order of Thunderground merchandise. These payment methods include online payments, credit card payments, money orders, and cash. All payments must be made in US currency. For more information concerning the payments that are or are not accepted, please visit the Payment Methods section.

What are the shipping rates for domestic USA orders?
For orders delivered to locations within the 48 contiguous United States, shipping rates are $4.50 for the first item and $1.50 for each additional item. Be sure to check the Shipping Information section for more details, including information on international shipping or shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

How much will my international shipping cost?
International shipping rates are determined by the quantity of items you're ordering, and the country they're being shipped to. For a current listing of international shipping rates, click Here. If the country you wish to ship the item(s) to is not found in that listing, please follow the instructions specified in the provided link.

Where is Thunderground merchandise produced?
It is not the policy of Thunderground to reveal the contact information for the various vendors used in the production of Thunderground merchandise. We can not be your personal guide in finding your own vendor producing your own material. All that can be said is that Thunderground merchandise is produced locally in Arizona, or nationwide depending on the type of item being produced.

When will there be another promotion or special offer?
Any special promotions or sales will be announced in the News section. Future sales and promotions will not be mentioned until the offer is in effect, as most sales and promotions are indeterminable until the decision is made by the owner of Thunderground. I'm purchasing a large quantity of small lightweight items, how much will shipping cost?
If an order is placed that has an unusually high amount of small lightweight items, your order may qualify for a shipping fee reduction. It is one of Thunderground's policies to charge as close to actual shipping expenses as possible, without "screwing over" ourselves or the customer in the process. If your order qualifies for a shipping fee reduction, you will receive your items along with a refund for a partial amount of the shipping fee. You will only receive the shipping fee reduction refund along with your order, you can not submit a smaller payment when placing the order.

How can I make a suggestion or comment on Thunderground merchandise?
Any suggestions, comments or questions can be voiced on the Thunderground forum community in the Thunderground Merchandise section. To post in that section, you must become a member of the Thunderground forum community (it's a simple 1-step process found Here).

Is there an actual Thunderground store I can visit?
No. Thunderground is a business that is exclusively located online, at the various web addresses listed in the Domains section. Although it is possible other stores may one day carry Thunderground merchandise as part of their inventory, Thunderground currently has no plans to expand from an online-based company to an actual point of purchase location.

What are your policies on refunds or exchanges?
All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Thunderground stands by its merchandise with absolute confidence. Thunderground does not offer refunds, but does allow exchanges in certain circumstances. For example, if you receive an article of clothing and it does not fit, simply send it back and notify us that you need to exchange it for a different size. Be sure to contact us using the email address provided on your invoice before you send something back to Thunderground for an exchange. Not all merchandise qualifies for exchanges.

What happens if I order an item that is out of stock?
Typically, if an item of Thunderground merchandise is out of stock, it is mentioned on this website next to the item's description. If for some reason merchandise is ordered and it becomes out of stock due to a large volume of orders, or through a large quantity of items being purchased by you, your order will be put on hold until the stock has been replenished. If you place a large order with only a few items out of stock, the in-stock items will be sent to you immediately, followed by the out-of-stock items when they arrive. The replenishing time of depleted stocks vary depending on vendor. If you have purchased an item that is out of stock AND has been discontinued, your order for these items is voided and your payment for the discontinued items will be refunded in full.

I have a question or problem with my order, who do I contact?
If you have any questions or problems with your order, simply notify us by sending an email to the address listed on your invoice. If you have a question about an order that has not yet been placed, please direct your question to the Thunderground forum section found Here.
