Shortly after Eminem released his new album "Encore," it has been slammed and genuinely disliked in various reviews by people throughout the globe. It has been bashed concerning a lack of decent instrumentals, as well as a few irritating "singing" attempts, not to mention the constant lack of reasonable depth in the lyrics. The song "Mosh" was recently picked apart on the Feminem.com forums, with a thread started by a Femi-Fan gullible enough to believe Eminem actually created a song with depth. That thread can be found Here. To be honest, I haven't listened to a pinch of this album, but I have read the lyrics to the "Mosh" song (and obliterated them).

It seems that a large portion of the Femi-Fans are discontent with "Encore," and it makes me wonder... is this just another example of the mainstream population moving on from what they used to consider "hot," or did Eminem really attempt to create something that shifted away from his constantly-immature and meaningless past? If the rest of the content of the album is like "Mosh," then he clearly hasn't changed at all. Regardless, with the ill-reviews of the album that I've seen throughout the internet, it's safe to say that his very unfortunate popularity is hitting a slight recession, and that is reason enough to celebrate, for the good of the world.
